"I first heard about them from my neighbor 3 doors down from us. He works at a home where Medford Elite Gutters installed new gutters. He noticed something, called Zack the owner, and mentioned it to him. Within a couple of days, Zack made the changes and the situation was taken care of. Then Zack called my neighbor and thanked him for sharing the situation. Then Elite Gutters showed up at my neighbors right next door to me. It was impressive watching the removal of the old gutters and the complete cleanup of old, wet leaves around the house. Nothing was missed and very clean after. Then the rafter tails were cut to allow for new painted facia. Again, great attention to detail applied doing that part of the job. Finally Staff of 3 showed up and installed all the gutters and downspouts. Being that we live next door to the job, I watched the process. When the job was finished, I had a chance to talk to Zack about the work I observed. Polite and courteous staff. Clean working at all times. Attention to detail. I was super impressed. As he talked, I really enjoyed hearing his approach to business AND his attitude of taking care of the customer. Long story short, we also needed gutters. I asked him to do our gutters as well. We are very happy with our installation as well. All of the details of time taken, using quality workmanship and product, finished with a job well done! After I talked to Zack on the phone I didn't even bother getting other quotes. Even after I gave him the green light he called again to make sure I understood that because this was a repair project using existing conditions and downspouts, the gutter angle would be more than normal. That's putting the customer first. His team in the field was smart, friendly and industrious, and I could tell from talking to them that they were as committed to a job well done as the owner. "Zack and the Elite Gutters crew were wonderful to deal with when we needed new gutters on our home. They spent the time necessary to look over what was already in place, listened to our explanation of areas that didn't seem to work well, and made a comprehensive plan to improve on the original system. The demolition and installation went off well and all questions and concerns were answered promptly. The communication was stellar from the initial contact to ask for a quote throughout the entire process with prompt updates and answers to our questions. When scheduling had to be adjusted a bit, we were always kept up to date on what was happening. A few changes were made as the work progressed and this was all easily accomplished so that our needs were met. Our new gutters look amazing and this was not a straightforward job as there were many levels, angles, etc. and complex work had to be done. Can't wait for winter rains to arrive so we can enjoy our new gutters and leaf guards!"

"We have a hard to find gutter profile, I looked all over the area, calling different installers. I finally contacted Zachery at Medford Elite Gutters, he didn't carry it either but on his own time he called around and found the profile up by Salem. It was too far away, so I had him come out and install a close look alike. He came out, gave a quote that was about half of other bids I got, a week later his guys came out and did the installation in about 45 min...Perfect! This was a small piece of gutter, way up on a high wall, the other companies didn't want to do it and charged a LOT for the job. Zack didn't play that game, he just came out and took care of business. I wish all the Trades functioned this way. I can't recommend Medford Elite Gutters enough, they deserve your business.
